We will respond with suggestions, costs and answers to any questions.
Only when YOU are happy with the arrangements will your tour booking be confirmed.

Payment
By arrangement at the time of confirmation.
We accept prepayment by Bank Transfer (our preffered method)
By credit/Debit card via a secure link (there is a 3% admin charge for this method)
Credit/Debit card or cash on the day of the tour.
Happy to make arrangements that best suit you!
For larger groups (20+) we send an invoice with payment required 7 days before the start of the tour. Our preferred payment is via Bank Transfer (BACS) but we are happy to discuss alternative methods.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is offered providing the tour is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
For notice given between 24-48 hours we offer a 50% refund.
For notice given under 24 hours no refund.
